Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We reserve the right, in case a course/class cannot take place for any reason (very unlikely, but still possible), to offer a replacement option of another course/class/venue/date.
6 Class Passes (Full price):
FULL REFUND is available for unused class passes on return of the card within 14 days of purchase. There is no refund for class passes after one or more classes have been attended or after 14 days of purchase. The 6 class passes must be used before the expiry date written on the card. This will be 2 months from the date of your first class. Unused classes will not be refunded and can not be transferred after the expiry date. Lost cards will not be replaced.
Prepaid Courses - Special Offer or Earlybird Rates paid in advance:
If you decide to cancel at any point before 72 hours (3 full days) before the course, we will give you a FULL REFUND on the payment you made. However, if you cancel with less than 72 hours notice before the course start date or do not turn up, no refund will be offered. You are, however, welcome to transfer your place to another person of the same role (and appropriate level).
Gift Vouchers:
FULL REFUND for unused Gift Vouchers is available if requested within 7 days of purchase by the purchaser. After 7 days, no refund is available. Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash by recipients. You may, however, transfer the Gift Voucher to another person or choose to take classes or private lessons to the same value.
